Bay Laurel Culinary and Davero Team up

BLC is looking forward to cooking a four course private dinner at Davero to celebrate the opening of the new tasting room and show off what can be made possible in this very intimate event space. Menu will consist of spring onions simmered in olive oil, Liberty Farms Duck liver pate with fennel salad, beef brisket braised in Barbera Wine and a panna cotta made with local buttermilk and Meyer Lemon juice and garnished with a confit of rhubarb. Dinner will be held at 6 pm Wednesday April 13 at the new tasting room off of Westside Rd in Healdsburg.
