Curbside Pick-up – BLC To-Go

Curbside Pick-up – BLC To-Go

Our BLC family meal, for May 27th-3oth, is available for curbside pick-up Wednesday-Saturday 3-6pm.

Give us a call to order at 707-981-8100. We can walk you through the BLC to-go menu & offer suggestions about other items to add to your order. There are items that freeze well (hello BLC sea salt chocolate chip cookies). Perennial menu favorites – buttermilk fried chicken sliders & beef short rib empanadas. And we have a la carte entrée items, designed to keep well in your fridge or freezer & be heated when needed. Two of our favorites are:

  • Ciara’s famous pork & beef meatballs with pomodoro sauce – they are great on their own, or served with mashed potatoes, polenta or your favorite pasta
  • Maricela’s enchiladas –  smothered in her Guajillo chile sauce & your cares will melt away (at least briefly!)
  • And for all of those virtual happy hours going on, what better than our Artisan Deli Kit and Mediterranean Snack Kit loaded with local favorites.

There is ample parking in front of our kitchen. Call us when you are en route or honk when you get here & we will bring your order straight to your car. Our job is to cook for people & that is a privilege we don’t take lightly, more than ever right now. We look forward to hearing your feedback – let us know how we can make the BLC to-go service better.

We require 48 hours notice for orders & we will accommodate them on a first come first serve basis.

And we are still doing weekly donations, which we welcome all contributions for….
The Living Room is a day shelter for women & children from Sonoma County who are experiencing homelessness. Under normal conditions, they provide a respite to homeless women & their families where they can have access to services, take showers, do laundry & enjoy two hot meals a day. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they are transitioning to a crisis center providing a hot meal, pet food, hygiene products & information services to anyone who is in need of help. All of this will be done in a manner that strictly observes social distancing & minimizes exposure while serving the needs of this vulnerable community. The dedicated team that works to make this happen every day are tasked with preparing breakfast burritos & a hot meal for up to 100 per day, under a very tight time crunch. Their focus is on nutritious, filling meals. We are going to provide them with pre-packed treats to give to each of their guests, with help from our BLC supporters. Order cookies for THE LIVING ROOM. We will consolidate all donations & deliver them.
