LASAGNA
Rustichella d’Abruzzo dried pasta from Italy is the best in our opinion – we love having such a great artisanal lasagna sheet to pair with our handmade sauces, bellwether farms ricotta, mozzarella & pecorino romano. We have both our Lasagna Bolognese with pork & beef ragu & our Lasagna Pomodoro with tomato & garlic (vegetarian).
CIARA’S PORK & BEEF MEATBALLLS
Loved by big & little kids alike – every batch is handmade in order to achieve a tender & delicate texture. We love their versatility:
- serve on their own for a quick & easy, protein heavy meal
- stuff into a soft hoagie roll & finish with melted provolone
- slice or crumble as a topping for a home-baked pizza
CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
One of our original frozen offerings – we know the tangy tomatillo sauce is addictive! 4 enchiladas to an order, each jam-packed with large chicken pieces, sautéed white onions & Mexican oregano. Corn tortillas, so this dish is naturally gluten-free. We like to add sliced avocado & a dash of our favorite hot sauce to top ours. Liberty Duck with cascabel chile sauce also available.
