BLC On The Road

Every January, we hit the road for a while to clear our heads, plan our business for the year ahead and find inspiration, culinary and otherwise. A two thousand mile drive through California, Nevada and Utah gave us plenty of time to reflect on 2012 and to come up with new menus, recipes, ideas and plans for this year. We are grateful for the warm hospitality we encountered along the way and are energized and excited to put the thoughts from this year’s BLC planning road trip into action.
