What’s new at Bay Laurel Culinary?

After a very inspiring trip to Argentina and Uruguay, we are back in the kitchen and getting ready for a very busy year ahead. We are excited to be teaching a sold out class at Relish Culinary Adventures in Healdsburg on February 14 for Valentine’s Day. We will be back at Relish again on March 13, 14 & 15 – join us for pop-up pig roasts for Sonoma County Restaurant Week. Tickets are $39 per person and can be purchased on the Relish website. Spring seems to be all about the pig – we will be at the Taste of Pigs and Pinot event at the Hotel Healdsburg on March 21st, so come and say hi and try our take on this classic pairing.
