A couple times a year (usually in summer) we get asked to cater a cruise or two around the bay (usually at sunset). The last time we went out it was on the Wanda, a 90 foot yacht commissioned to be built in 1922 for C.D.Stimson, a Lumber Baron in the Pacific Northwest. It is told that he needed transport for his commute from Seattle to Sacramento by way of the Delta. One can only imagine that he and his guests saw a hundred times what we only glimpsed for an evening (and from the galley to boot). She is a beautiful vessel and we thought it would be cool to give you a little tour of her here. We can call it “A Look Through the Chef’s Psychedelic Spyglass”…
