Our empanadas won the big first place in the food and wine pairing comp at Corks & Forks this year.
Yep,
Took home the big fork with the very fine women of Robert Young Estate Winery. We presented Akaushi Beef Short Rib Empanadas & Potato & Cheddar & Leek Empanadas.
Of course we had an off menu item as well (we can’t help ourselves).
Some thought IT was the real pairing…
