We have heard you loud & clear. You want pork chops.
So this week we have PORK SIRLOIN CHOPS.
Brined overnight. Grilled & brushed with rosemary scented olive oil.
Succulent, juicy & meaty.
Pasta carbonara featuring our
HOUSE CURED PORK BELLY.
A little gem salad.
