It is always a pleasure to cook for Buzz and Sally Seaton and their wonderful family at their house off West Dry Creek Road. The merlot, zins, and red blend they were releasing were as tasty as ever, with a 2014 Harvest Fair ‘Best of Class’ in the bunch. This year we tried to put a new and interesting spin on the hors d’oeuvre we served using classic holiday ingredients.
