Bay Laurel Culinary X Williams Sonoma

Bay Laurel Culinary X Williams Sonoma

We are very excited to announce our partnership with William Sonoma.

WHO ARE THEY?
A iconic American culinary brand, started by an avid home cook …

Chuck Williams bought a hardware store in 1956 in Sonoma & turned it into a dedicated cookware shop, inspired by the high quality cookware he came across on a trip to Paris. The concept was an immediate hit & the company moved to San Francisco in 1958.  In 1972, the company launched its first mail-order catalog. This expanded the brand’s reach dramatically across the entire United States, transforming it from a local business into a national culinary authority.

WHO ARE WE?
At BLC, we believe that true culinary artistry cannot be mass-produced. It requires patience, purpose & commitment to excellence.  We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Williams Sonoma—a collaboration born not from a desire to do more, but a shared dedication to doing things beautifully.
This partnership isn’t about scaling up; it’s about deepening our commitment to our craft, community, and the unforgettable meals that bring us together. This partnership gives us an opportunity to share a taste of our distinct, small-batch artisan approach to a wider table, something our customers have asked for but was until now beyond our own logistical capabilities. The BLC kitchen & store is located in Petaluma, CA and the company “pops up” at multiple farmers markets in the San Francisco Bay area. The BLC Sausage Rolls have become one of the most popular items on market menus & they are now available exclusively at Williams Sonoma in frozen take & bake form.

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR SAUSAGE ROLLS …

Our all-butter pastry is made by hand using organic flour & Sonoma County butter.

Ciara was born & raised in Ireland, where sausage rolls are very much a part of the culinary landscape. She grew up learning how to make them by hand from her Mum & grandmothers. When she & Christopher decided to add a sausage roll to their farmers market menu here in Northern California, they opted to use a locally sourced French-style garlic & thyme pork sausage, wrapped in a handmade, flakey, buttery pastry crust. The California twist comes with the accompanying Jalapeno Honey Dijon Sauce.
We hope you enjoy this handcrafted product as much as we enjoy making it.
Available to order now (while supplies last) at Williams Sonoma under their gourmet prepared food section.
