HOT MARKET BURRITO


HATCH GREEN CHICKEN duck fat refried beans, mexican white rice, pepper jack
with a side of green machine salsa – tomatillo, jalapeno & avocado

SANDWICHES & SALADS


FOCACCIA SANDWICH – porchetta, mozzarella, garlic & chive aioli, blc sea salt focaccia
BISTRO SANDWICH – caggiano ham, point reyes toma cheese, maldon salted butter , dijon mustard

THE KALE SALAD 
Roasted Chicken Breast tossed in our proprietary spice blend.
Roasted sweet potato. Mimosa of egg. Diced apple. Crunchy pumpkin seeds.
Shredded dino kale & romaine. Dijon-honey vinaigrette, Olive oil crostini.
THE CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD
Succulent, roasted @maryschicken breast, tossed with @thejapanesepantry pantry golden & salted black sesame seeds.
Julienne red pepper & carrot, cilantro, green onion & peanuts. Toasted sesame dressing, Crispy wontons.

In addition toour cookies (seas salt chocolate chip, peanut butter & pistachio white chocolate) will have a special cake slice in honor of the Easter bunny. Lemon Sponge Cake wtih Cream Cheese Frositing & Rainbow Speinkles! Plus Irish Butter Cookies & Blackberry Tea Cakes.
