Bay Laurel Culinary was proud to be a part of the Sonoma County Wine Weekend at MacMurray Ranch again this year. The Gastro Shack was in full swing serving up Veracruz style Fish Tacos with our house made hot sauces. If that wasn’t enough to keep us busy, Chef Chris was invited to participate in the Steel Chef competition. This nail biting event showcased the Chefs’ ability to create a selection of dishes in 20 minutes from a brown bag of mystrery local ingredients. We were so proud to be named the winner and thankful for all of the encouragement we received from the audience.
At BLC few things make us happier than our Shrimp Stuffed Pasture Eggs with White Shrimp, Harrisa and Chives.
O’Henry peaches and yellow nectarines from our friends at Full Belly Farms. Baked into wafer thin pastry to form galettes and served with a dollop of cardamom whipped cream.
