Turns out nearly everyone does! Given that we are located in the chicken capital of the bay area (Petaluma), we have put a lot of work into perfecting our buttermilk fried chicken. It takes pride of place in lots of different ways on our menus throughout the year – from our chicken sliders as hors d’oeurve to tiny drumettes served with lemon and radish, to a full menu built around the classic fried chicken dinner.
